Today, I am in Stamford, CT for my second day of BOOT CAMP! Now, I know you all probably wish I was getting my butt whooped! Sorry to let you down, but this is a different style BOOT CAMP but it has been just what the doctor ordered!
Yesterday, I spent the entire day surrounded by some the most successful people in the fitness industry. Many of these men and women have grown fitness empires doing what they love and they were able to accomplish it for one reason. They are passionate and LOVE what they do!
In the past month I have had one of those runs you just want to put behind you and move on. All in one day I had a year and a half relationship end, I packed up my life and moved to Middletown, CT and my beautiful grandmother passed away, later that night, after a long battle with cancer. Sorry, but I can't make this stuff up, I wish I were, but these were the cards I was dealt!
For the past few weeks I have been quiet to speak out and have lost touch with too many. Well, I AM BACK!
Being in a room with 150 of the fitness industry's most enthusiastic and inspiring people has been the kick in the ass that I needed! (pardon my French mom)
Many of the presenters have been blueprinting their success and allowing me to take 20 pages of notes in the first day! (Just picture ME sitting in a chair from 9am to 7pm...hahaha! I can't sit still EVER and due to my water intake I took 37 bathroom breaks! (Ok, maybe not that many, it sure felt like it!)
I expect today to be just as awesome as yesterday, if not better! I have made some truly unbelievable contacts in 1 day!
Everything I am taking from here is giving me what I need to my Core Training for Women System up and running! The tide is turning and I promise you I am giving myself a deadline on Monday for completion of my system!
It feels great to surround yourself with positive people. Are you doing the same? I sure hope so. A recent study showed that social support was one of the keys to those who lost succeeded in their weight loss and those who fail!

Just how do you get those 8-pack abs??? Can we work on that in Boot camp? Have a great time this weekend, it sounds like you are off to a goo start! See you Monday!
