I was having a discussion with a client the other day about her fitness goals. She was telling me her frustrations with her last trainer. Her past trainer never gave her the right tools to create a plan for success. She always had an idea of what she wanted to accomplish, it was just that success was never written down.
See it is very typical to overlook the power of weekly, monthly and annual goal setting. I too simply overlooked it in the past. Well, those days are far behind me.
I know do this every Sunday. It is a great way to start my week and truly helps me see the big picture. As I embark on my new venture in my life, launching my own Fitness Boot Camp, the power of supplying yourself with a vision will truly help you achieve success.
