BWT Squat 15 reps

Push-up 12 reps

Rest :30sec

Repeat 3x

Tri Set 1

DB Lunge 20 sec side

DB Row 60 sec

Jumping Jacks 60sec

Rest :30sec

Repeat 3x

Superset from Hell

DB Squat & Press 12 reps

DB Swing 12 reps

6 minutes straight

Minimal rest

Metabolic Circuit

Plank w/ Leg Raise 10 per

MB Sprint In Place 20sec

Mt. Climber 10 per

MB Sprint In Plac 20sec

Rest :30

Repeat 3x
